Mr. Toubkal is the highest peak in North Africa, Toubkal trek allows stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, Berber Villages, and verdant green valleys. this 3 days of trekking and was designed for keen walkers who want to mix a bit of backcountry into their Moroccan adventure.  The views from the summit of Toubkal are amazing as you can see across the mountains to Marrakech to the north and the start of the Sahara desert to the south.

Please do not leave any rubbish behind you; carry out what you carry in.

Atlas Treks are tailored to match the season and your level of fitness. You have the choice of basing yourself in Berber Guesthouses, from where you can take daily walks, or you can Atlas Mule Trek for 2+ days. On mule treks you usually have the choice of staying in Berber Guesthouse/with families or wild camping in 2-person tents. In addition to regular packing, here is a Check List for Atlas Trekking:

  • Lightweight waterproof over-trousers / rain-pants
  • Good walking boots and socks

Overnight at a nice Refuge in Tamsoult. 5h walk.

Couple Traveller

We just back from Mount Toubkal trekking via Azzaden valley (April 2019). This is my second time using service of Trekking Toubkal. Houssain, the owner, is really nice, he always do his best to serve customers. We’ve got everything we requested. We also trek with same guide as last year, Mohamed ; he’s very good guide, with sense of humor and good service mind. We’d definitely visit Morocco again and using Trekking to Morocco service.
